How to Use in Case of Fire

The internal components are packaged in transparent vinyl for protection. To ensure quick use in the event of a fire, please remove only the transparent vinyl packaging in advance.

When suppressing a fire, use the items according to the instructions below and the situation.

If the fire is too large to suppress safely, evacuate first and be sure to contact the fire department.

 1. Fire Blanket – Fire Suppression
Take the fire blanket out of the case and hold each handle with both hands.
Place the blanket over the fire area and press down the edges to block oxygen.

After about 15 minutes, check for remaining heat. Remove the blanket only after the fire has been completely extinguished.

 2. Aerosol Fire Extinguisher – Fire Suppression

Keep a distance of at least 3 to 4 meters from the fire area.

Remove the cap, hold the body of the extinguisher, and continue spraying toward the fire area.

Stop spraying only after the flames are completely gone and there is no risk of reignition.

How to Use During Evacuation

The internal components are packaged in transparent vinyl for protection. To ensure quick use in the event of a fire, please remove only the transparent vinyl packaging in advance.

When evacuating due to a fire, use the items according to the order and situation described below.

 1. Mask, Gloves, and Fire Blanket–Body Protection
Open the packaging of the fire evacuation mask and wear it so that it fits closely to your face.
Put on the gloves and wrap the fire suppression blanket around your head, shoulders, and back.

The mask helps prevent smoke inhalation for 15 minutes, while the gloves and fire suppression blanket help prevent burns.

 2. Bag–Carry Emergency Items During Evacuation

If you purchased the bag-type fire safety kit, attach the strap inside the bag and carry it over your shoulder, or hold the handle while moving.

If you purchased the box type, place the fire evacuation items in your pocket or bag before escaping.

 3. Emergency Lantern – Securing Visibility

During a fire, smoke or power outages may make it difficult to find an escape route and may increase the risk of falling.

Use the lantern to secure visibility and evacuate safely.

The lantern turns on immediately when removed from the holder and can be used for 20 minutes.

4.Safety Hammer – Escape from High-Rise Buildings or Vehicles

In an emergency where a window or vehicle door cannot be opened, break the edge of the glass window with the metal part of the hammer to escape.

When using it during a high-rise fire, use it only if a descending lifeline is available and escape is possible.

Applications

It can be quickly deployed during the early stages of a fire in environments where flames are used or water cannot be applied, such as at home, while cooking, or during camping.

In the event of a large fire, it can be wrapped around the body during evacuation to help prevent ignition and burns.
