■ Customer Service Hours
Weekdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Korea Standard Time, excluding public holidays)

Inquiries submitted during the vacation period will be answered in the order received beginning Monday, August 10, after the vacation period and weekend.

FIRESSAK will take this opportunity to rest and recharge so that we can return refreshed and provide you with even better service.
